1. General

• These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by NGT Golden Packers and Movers.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of service.

• A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a token advance as agreed during the consultation.

• The balance payment must be made before or upon the completion of the relocation process.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon payment modes.

3. Services Provided

• Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and other relocation-related assistance as per the agreed service package.

• Any additional services requested during the relocation process may incur extra charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding the goods to be moved, including their size, weight, and fragility.

• All fragile or valuable items must be disclosed in advance to ensure proper handling.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to supervise the packing and loading process and verify the inventory list prepared by our team.

• Customers must ensure access to the property for our team and vehicle.

5. Liability

• NGT Golden Packers and Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Improper packing of items not packed by our team.

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, accidents, or theft during transit.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• For items insured under our cargo insurance facility, claims must be filed as per the insurance provider’s terms.

6. Prohibited Items

• We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals, etc.).

  • Illegal or contraband items.

  • Perishable goods or live animals.

• Any such items discovered during the relocation process will be removed from the shipment.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date may incur a cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the service has commenced.

8. Claims and Disputes

• Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

• Customers must provide all necessary documentation to process claims, including photographs and the inventory list.

• Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jammu courts.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All customer information provided to us will be treated as confidential and used solely for service purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for insurance claims processing.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu.
